Christmas is an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ, observed primarily on December 25 as a religious and cultural celebration among billions of people around the world. And in Uganda, the case is no different.
Being an Organisation with a strong religious background that remains however indiscriminative, it was very vital that Jesus Cares Charity Organisation (JCCO) shares with its people of Kayunga as we winded up the year.
And on December 22nd 2017, we set foot on the road and delivered a small package to the different families of Kitimbwa Sub0county, Kayunga District under our Community Outreach Programme.
The beneficiaries of the event were; all children under the support of the Organisation in the Education Programme at Brain Trust Primary School, the elderly and needy persons of Wabwoko Village in Kayunga District. Items like sugar, rice and salt were given out along with a few clothes to a few selected members of the elderly community.
